Okay this is what I decided to do on this blog!

I'm keeping track of what I'm eating in a notebook, so thats going good kinda relapsing towards bad food!!! Trying to stay on track so I started today to make sure I'm not eating "bad" foods

So what am I going to do on this blog, Is write about foods/snacks/recipes that are healthy and are "lw" in fat less than 14 fatgrams per meal.

So HERE are some SNACKS that are low in fat!

Pringles LIGHT about $2-3
serving size - 1oz fatgrams: 0 calories: 70!

So you want to much having a orrible day ofcourse don't recomend eating the whole "tube" but then again at least your not taking in any fat grams, but than again you are taking in calories.
