Monday And Tuesday food log!

Okay the days when they said to start the low fat diet, i got news that my friend that lived in indiana might had a acute heardattack so i jumped into the car with Brandon (My Boyfriend) and we went to see our friend. So ofcourse comfort foods took care of me (unfortunaly) But my friend is okay, it wasn't a heart attack but the doctors don't know what it was.

But monday i started with my pill and my diet
So monday wasn't the best day so this morning on Tuesday I was thinking to myself, "are you fliiping kidding yourself, why don't you just trow all those pills away." Because thats what I am doing if I don't follow the diet !
So This is my Tuesday log

Okay i thought i made a healthy choice of the subway sandwich, well oh boy was I wrong!!!

Never do that again, I know I should have known the TUNA!

Total Calories 1501/1600 Total Fat Grams 92.9 without the sandwich 31.9 so it would have been on target
but oh boy did i learn this...I must write everything down right away!!! And research everything before I go out to eat!!!
