I started Today!!

Okay a while ago I stated that I would start and blogg what plan of action is.

Well with the few past days, Alli has been on my mind, everyone I talked to that has done Alli, they talk highly about the product and that they have had no side effects.

SO HERE IS THE GAME PLAN

After reading all the booklets that Alli Provided with the starter pack, my intake should be 1600 calories, and no more than 17 grams of fat per meal, and 2 snack that are not more than 200 calories and no more than 4 fat grams, per snack.

So today I started!!

I'll post my total intake tonight when I had dinner and such that way you can see how I have been keeping track of my intake!!!!

I really need to do something!

I was a cheerleader, track, and a cross country runner in Middle school. Once middles school was over I became a cheerleader in high school, and also joined the track team. In track I was a long distance runner 1-2 mile.
After high school weight just started to add on and add on. After a while getting dressed into my PJ's seeing my self in the mirrow I decided to live with it no big deal just a little weight on what a big deal. But I'm sick of it love handles, stretch marks and so on. IEUW!
So my mission is just lose those love handles so I'm looking good for my Birthday which is April 19th I would like to be back at jean size 9 now I am jean size 3, squezing in there at times.

My goal, just lose love handles, and all the fat n my body lol :-)

Simple rule I'm going to follow I am NOT going to weight myself, because everytime I started a diet or working out anything like that, I could feel and see I was loosing wiehgt the scale would tell me the wieght is the same and at times it say I'm gaining wieght. So frustrating thats why I am NOT going toweight myself untill April 19th.

So what am I going to do, what is MY PLAN ???Well I will be posting my plan that I will be sticking to later ontoday or early tomorrow!


Why am I blogging about this you might ask?
Well I know for sure if I keep things updated like my log and my process and if someone does read it I defantly feel a must to keep posting other wise I feel I let myself down and the people that are reading this (Even if nobody reads this)
